'Chef Sankalp's - "Synopsis"
Born June 9th,1980, in a family of 4, His Father Mr Ramdhan Kayath, Mother Late Mrs Shashi Kayath and Elder Brother Mr Divas Kayath in Jaipur , India, where he was exposed to a style of cooking that fused unique and vibrant Indian culture and traditional indian delicacy to create a flavourful masterpiece.
"Early Years"
Chef Sankalp first learned to cook as a child under the guidance of his Father 'Mr Ram Dhan Kayath" . who he called 'PAA,' is a great cook and World's Best Father a retired Bank Manager from Reserve Bank of India.
He taught me to make my first-ever recipe : "OMELETTE"
From early on, Chef Sankalp knew he enjoyed creating food to please his friends and family. Taking advice from his father, Chef Sankalp decided to make sure he would like working in a professional kitchen and he didn't just like it, he loved it and his professional career was born.

Professional Life as a Chef"
I have always loved food. Luckily for me, I’ve been able to turn this love of food into a career in cooking, and have spent the last 12 years sharing this passion with friends, students, co-workers, and now with my "4 Years Old Big Boy Chef Kaysan" !!!!!!!!
'Chef Sankalp's also served his expertis to President of America "Mr George W Bush" former President "Mr Bill Clinton" and the Governor of California "Mr Arnold Schwarzenegger" and for some of the most Famous Personalities of USA like Tiger Woods, Micheal Jackson, Toby McGuire and many more Hollywood Celebrities– it was an experience and a good learning lesson of my life. I recorded all my experiences there, both the good and the bad, in a journal. Working in USA was a memorable start to my career in Hotels and Restaurants, but it also involved a steep learning curve, and I refer to that journal as a record of all of the lessons I learnt in those Fine Hotel and Restaurant kitchens. After my time in San Diego USA, I continued my culinary experience in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Newark, settling up New Indian Restaurants.
Three years later, inspired by my mentor Chef Gordon Ramsay from Scotland , I made a career move towards learning and to gain some Management Knowledge to the University of Sunderland in London UK. While there, I learnt about Culinary Kitchen and Restaurant Management . I spent 2 years learning at University of Sunderland but couldn’t keep myself to stay away from the Michelin Star Kitchens, so I started working with a Agency called Staff GB in London and worked for some Finest Michelin Star Chefs and restaurants in London.
I put my love of Cooking and baking and did a "PATISSERIE" course from The world's Best Culinary School "LE CORDON BLEU" and back to India, by managing my own Chef Sankalp's Home cooking classes and instructing cooking classes in many different genres. Even I was asked to create and be featured in few local Indian cookery shows These cooking shows led to more Print media and television work. I can now be found as a 'BEST FUSION CHEF' 2017 on "Shubh Weddings", Magazine by "Rajan Kayath" from Jaipur India and planning to work on cooking with a cookware line called "Magic Cooks" and I also host a cooking show called "The Grill" at "New York University Abu Dhabi.
